Easy Cloud Manager is a web service that allows users to safely manage multiple cloud accounts together. We hope that the usage of our web service will always revolve around mutual trust and respect between the user and Easy Cloud Manager.

  1. Legal Compliance

By using our services, you adhere to abide by all the terms and conditions mentioned below. If you do not accept or agree with one or more clauses, please exit the website immediately.

  1. Proprietary Rights

We retain all the copyrights, trademarks and all other legal ownership rights for Easy Cloud Manager’s website, the technical aspects of the tool itself, as well as all the blog content. You may not copy, modify, sub-license, reverse engineer, sub-license, or create a derivative of our work without our prior written consent.

In case you fail to abide by our Terms of Service and misuse your rights of usage of this web service, you may incur legal charges.

  1. Privacy Policy

You consent to our Privacy Policy and are completely aware of our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to find about it in detail. 

  1. API Usage

Easy Cloud Manager uses official APIs provided by Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Box. As an API partner of Google, we give Google our consent to monitor the API usage to ensure quality and improve their products and services.

  1. Free Trial & Refunds

The free trial version of Easy Cloud Manager allows users to get familiarized with the tool’s features and explore its capabilities. However, in order to unlock all features, the users must subscribe to one of the paid plans.

All new users are eligible for a 60 day refund period. Once the refund period has expired, the user is no longer eligible to ask for a refund.

  1. Member Conduct

You must be a legal adult in order to use our services. By using our service, you agree to not use our tool:

  • for commercial purposes or for managing another individual’s cloud accounts without their consent
  • to impersonate another individual or entity
  • to harm minors, stalk or harass anyone
  • through any other means than the user interface provided such as automated chatbots or web crawlers/spiders
  • to engage in unauthorized spamming or advertising
  • to transmit any sort of computer viruses or files that can override the security measures and damage the hardware or software components of any computer
  • to perform any activity that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or unethical

We reserve the right to revoke any user’s license if the user is found to be involved in any of the unpermitted acts. We also reserve the right to take legal action against any user involved in authorized use of our tool.

  1. Limitations

Although Easy Cloud Manager is thoroughly tested across different platforms and operating systems before its commercial roll out, there is still a possibility that in some specific cases some operating systems, updates, or antivirus programs might prevent our tool from performing its full functionality. In such cases, we at Easy Cloud Manager cannot be held accountable.

Under no circumstances shall we ever be held accountable for any data corruption or monetary loss that occurs as an event beyond our control. For example, if the user encounters an unfortunate data loss due to any malware existing on their computer or because the user failed to follow the complete process for using Easy Cloud Manager, we shall not be deemed liable.

Updates to Privacy Policy

In case of any changes, we regularly update our Privacy Policy page. You are advised to visit this page from time to time in case of any updates. If you continue to use our websites after we have made any changes to the Privacy Policy, it is deemed that you agree to the updated privacy policies as well.
